ASICLAND Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has the following processing policy to protect the privacy and rights of users in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and to facilitate the smooth handling of users' grievances related to personal information. If the Company revises the privacy policy, it will be notified through the webpage notice (or individual notice).

5. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information
- ① The personal information of the customer is retained and used for the period during which the Company provides services to the customer. However, if it is necessary to retain personal information for a certain period of time in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, personal information shall be retained for a certain period of time, and the viewing and use of personal information retained at this time shall be limited to the relevant reasons, and the purpose, period, and personal information retained shall be specified in advance.

6. Use of Personal Information Collected and Disclosure to Third Parties
- ① The Company uses the personal information within the scope notified in the subscription application, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy, and does not use it beyond the scope or provide it to others or other companies and organizations. However, the Company may use and provide personal information with caution in the following cases.
- ■   Sale/Merger & Acquisition: In the event of a transfer of all or part of the business, merger/inheritance, etc. of the rights/obligations of the Service Provider, the Company will notify the users to ensure the rights regarding personal information.
- ■   Partnerships: The Company may provide or share users’ personal information with the Company’s partners to provide better services. If the Company provides or shares user’s personal information, the Company will notify the users individually in writing or by e-mail to obtain consent in advance, and if the users do not consent, the Company will not provide or share the users’ personal information with the affiliates.
- ② The Company shall not use or provide personal information to a third party beyond the scope notified to the customer at the time of collecting personal information or the scope specified in the Terms of Service, except in the following cases with the customer's consent.
- ■   If the personal information is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract for the provision of the Service and it is significantly difficult to obtain general consent due to economic or technical reasons.
- ■   When it is necessary for the settlement of charges for the provision of the Service.
- ■   If there are special provisions in other laws such as the Communications Secrets Protection Act, the National Taxation Act, the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Act on Financial Real Name Transactions and Secrecy, the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information, the Basic Telecommunications Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Local Tax Act, the Consumer Basic Act, the Bank of Korea Act, the Criminal Procedure Act, etc. However, the Company will not unconditionally provide the personal information even if it is requested by an administrative or investigative agency for administrative or investigative purposes, and will only provide it in accordance with due process of law if it is provided by a warrant or a written document bearing the seal of the head of the agency as prescribed by law.
7. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them
- ① Right to Request Access to Personal Information

- (2) If the Company receives a request for access from the data subject, the Company shall make the personal information available to the data subject within 14 business days. If there is a legitimate reason for not being able to access the personal information, the Company shall notify the data subject of the reason and may postpone the access, and when the reason disappears, the Company shall allow the data subject to access the personal information without delay.
- (3) The Company may restrict or refuse access to the information by notifying the information subject of the reason in the following cases:

- ② Right to Request Correction or Deletion of Personal Information
- (1) Data subjects may request that the Company correct or delete their personal information. However, the deletion cannot be requested if the personal information is specified as the object of collection in the law.
- (2) If the information subject requests the correction or deletion of his/her personal information, the Company shall take necessary measures such as correction and deletion without delay and notify the information subject of the result, unless there is a special procedure in the law.
- (3) If the information subject requests the correction of errors in his/her personal information, the personal information shall not be used or provided until the correction is completed.
- (4) If incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the Company shall notify the third party without delay of the result of the correction process so that it can be corrected.
- (5) If the Company deletes personal information, it will ensure that it cannot be recovered or reproduced.
- (6) If necessary, the Company may require the data subject to submit evidence necessary to verify the correction or deletion requirements.
- ③ Right to Request Suspension of Personal Information Processing
- (1) A data subject may request that the Company suspend the processing of his/her personal information.

8. Withdrawal of Consent to the Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information
- ① The user may withdraw his/her consent to the collection, use, and provision of personal information at any time through membership registration. When the user withdraws his/her membership, the user is deemed to have withdrawn his/her consent to the collection, use, and provision of personal information. In addition, if the user contacts the personal information manager and the person in charge of personal information management in writing, by phone, or by e-mail, the Company will take necessary measures to withdraw his/her membership or withdraw his/her consent.
9. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information
After the purpose of using the collected personal information is achieved, the Company shall destroy the information without delay according to the storage period and usage period. The method and time of destruction are as follows:
- ●   Destruction procedure: The information entered by the user is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (separate documents in case of paper) and stored for a certain period of time in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws and regulations, or destroyed immediately. In this case, the personal information transferred to the DB will not be used for any other purpose unless required by law.
- ●   Period of destruction: The personal information of the user shall be destroyed within 5 days from the end of the retention period if the retention period of the personal information has expired, or within 5 days from the date the personal information is recognized as unnecessary, such as the achievement of the purpose of processing the personal information, the abolition of the service, or the termination of the business.
- ●   Destruction method: Information in the form of electronic files is destroyed using technical methods that do not allow the records to be reproduced.
10. Notification or notification method of the Privacy Policy
- ① If the Company wishes to obtain additional consent to use the customer's personal information beyond the scope of the customer's consent or to provide it to a third party, the Company shall notify the customer individually in writing, by e-mail, by telephone, etc.
- ② If the Company transfers all or part of its business or transfers its rights/obligations due to merger/inheritance, etc., the Company will notify the customer individually in writing, e-mail, etc., and will notify the customer for at least 30 days by marking it so that it can be identified on the first screen of the webpage. However, if the Company does not know the contact information of the customer without negligence, or if there is a legitimate reason such as natural disaster or other reasons that prevent the Company from notifying the customer, the Company shall notify the customer in two or more central daily newspapers at least once.
11. Technical and Administrative Measures to Protect Personal Information
- ① The Company has prepared and applies technical and administrative measures to protect the user’s personal information.

- (1) In order to prevent leakage and damage of personal information by hacking or computer viruses, the Company installs security programs, periodically updates and inspects them, installs systems in areas with controlled access from the outside, and monitors and blocks them technically and physically.
- (2) The user's personal information is stored and managed with an encrypted password, so only the user can know it, and important data uses separate security functions such as encrypting file and transmission data or using a file lock function.
- (3) Records of access to the personal information processing system are kept and managed for at least six months, and security functions are used to prevent access records from being tampered with, stolen, or lost.
- ③ The Company’s administrative measures include the following:

12. User's Rights and Obligations
- ① The user is responsible for any accidents caused by inaccurate information, and he/she may lose his/her membership if he/she enter false information, such as stealing other people's information.
- ② The user has the right to privacy, but he/she also has the obligation to protect himself/herself and not infringe on others' information. Please be careful not to leak the user’s personal information and be careful not to infringe on the information of others.
